MCCARTY & BUEHLER, P.C. was founded in 1977 as McCarty Law Offices by William M. McCarty who was successor to McCarty and Rifkin which had been in existence from 1971. Starting with a local, sole practice, the firm now serves the entire state and specializes in Litigation of all matters, especially Civil, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Ski and Recreational Litigation, Criminal, and Domestic Relations. The firm is completely computerized, every staff member having access to their own computer and network support. The firm uses computerized legal research, CD Rom libraries and can access other information databases. It encourages continuing professional development. All attorneys participate in attending and presenting Continuing Legal Education Seminars, both the Plaintiff and Defense Bar. |
