Milligan, Barry, Hensley & Evans had its origin in the Chattanooga law practices of J.B. Milligan and C. G. Milligan, which were ongoing in 1919. In 1951 Mr. C. G. Milligan and his son, Fred M. Milligan, formed the partnership known as Milligan & Milligan. Since that time, the firm has concentrated on insurance defense, products liability defense, and workers' compensation. The partnership engages in a general civil practice, including commercial litigation, and it is presently engaged in assignments for its representative clients throughout southeast Tennessee.
