Massengale & Ozer is a two person law firm located in the heart of Chapel Hill. Bill Massengale served as an assistant district attorney for seven years, before opening this firm in 1990. Marilyn Ozer joined him the next year. We enjoy working with clients on local traffic, criminal and civil matters, as well as appellate and post-conviction cases across the beautiful State of North Carolina. We have represented criminal defendants in the Eastern, Middle and Western Federal Districts of North Carolina and in the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
