Jon Larson has been practicing law since 1989. Mr. Larson graduated in 1986 with a B.A. from St. Johns University and graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1989. Prior to joining the firm. Mr. Larson practiced as a civil litigator in Phoenix, Arizona. His practice included working on complex litigation matters involving claims for hundreds of millions of dollars to working on less complex cases involving claims for breach of contracts, and defending claims for professional negligence. Mr. Larson has experience in in arbitrations, including working working both as and advocate and as an arbitrator. Jon Larson became affiliated with the firm in 1998. Mr. Larson's practice with the firm involves representing individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation contexts, with focus on representing design professionals and working on matters relating to the construction industry.
Mr. Larson is involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies- Oregon (ACEC). He also is a member of the Risk Management subcommittee. He has recently given Continuing Education seminars on the defense of design professionals.
Mr. Larson is a member of the State Bar of Oregon, the State Bar of Washington and the State Bar of Arizona. He is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association
