Marvin, Chorzempa & Larson, PC, was formed as James H. Marvin, PC in 1990 as a firm specializing in architects and engineers professional liability, construction and contract litigation, insurance defense, and negligence. We are presently a three lawyer firm emphasizing construction law, contract drafting and negotiation, architect and engineer professional liability, insurance defense, litigation, arbitration and mediation. We practice in both state and federal courts with licenses in Oregon, Washington and Arizona. The firm provides a wide range of legal services for the design and construction community as well as services for small businesses and individuals. Our services include forming businesses, general business advice, collection and litigation. All members of the firm participate in continuing education classes, professional organizations and are active in the community.

We work with our clients as a team. It is our goal to keep our clients informed during all phases of legal representation by providing legal analysis and day-to-day correspondence so they can make informed decisions.
