Mr. Martinson has been practicing with small firms throughout his career and has been in solo practice since 1997. He has represented large publicly held corporations, government agencies, financial institutions and small and medium size businesses. He now concentrates on counseling business owners on the legal issues associated with owning and managing small and medium size businesses.
