I am a native son of the Puget Sound area. Although as a teenager I traveled the world extensively with my family - obtaining some valuable experience in humanity and diversity - I returned home to earn my BA in American History at the University of Washington in 1981, and won my Juris Doctorate from Seattle University's School of Law (formerly the University of Puget Sound). I've lived and worked here ever since. Chances are that I have worked with or know the reputation of your adjuster, claims manager, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and physicians. In my seventeen years of law practice as a self-employed attorney (January 1986 to the present), I have represented thousands of individuals who have been injured at work and/or due to the negligence of other parties; I've handled numerous jury trials, appeals and administrative hearings.
