On May 13, 2004, Mark Bower taught "The Plaintiffs' Perspective on Medical Malpractice Discovery" at the Association of the Bar of the City of N.Y.
On Tues., May 21, 2002, Mark Bower gave a presentation on demonstrative evidence, as part of the NY State Trial Lawyers' medical malpractice series. Emphasis was on fetal monitoring and delivery in the case of shoulder dystocia (Erb's palsy).
On February 13, 2001, Mark Bower chaired an all-day seminar on "Confidentiality of Medical Records" sponsored by the Lorman Education Company.
