I continue to learn from my clients that the underlying issues that bring them to their current legal problems need to be addressed. I believe that taking the time to discuss these issues helps my clients gain insight into their problems. Therefore, at the first interview with each client, I ask pertinent questions regarding sensitive issues. As a result, I often refer clients to community resources that offer them insight and support during this difficult time.
In each case, I work diligently to resolve the legal issues by working with my client, opposing counsel and the court in order to avoid the cost and stress of litigation. .
