Margaret M. Holland has two decades of business immigration experience. She is the founder of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeualt, LLP's immigration group, and she has represented entrepreneurs, corporations, key managers, and investors in their visa and U.S. work authorization matters.
Presently, she focuses on outstanding scientists, researchers, artists, businesspersons and permanent labor certificates.
She has advised individuals and companies on visas during corporate restructuring and reductions in work force. Margaret also moves key personnel through consular processing and past the U.S. border points.
A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she chairs the Educational Committee for AILA, New England and has presented topics at national AILA conferences.
Margaret graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and completed her study of law at DePaul University. |
