Since then, David has been a member of Miraldi & Barrett where his practice includes not only negligence, product liability, and medical claims but litigation of insurance coverage disputes, employment termination claims, and insurance bad faith claims. David has been recognized by his peers for his competence in the area of personal injury law by being named an Ohio Super Lawyer. He is a member and past president of the Lorain County Bar Association and has served on many bar association committees and lectured on a variety of topics. David is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers, The Ohio Association for Justice, and The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In addition to the responsibilities of his law practice, David has been active in church, school, and community projects in Avon, Ohio where he resides with is wife, Leslee, an attorney practicing in Cleveland. They have three children.

    The Reviewers
