Mr. Avallone has been practising in the area of Family Law since 1981. He is experienced in all phases of Family Law litigation including divorce, annulment, child custody, child support, paternity, adoption and termination of parental rights. He has appeared in the State and Federal Courts and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts.
