DO NOT HIRE! FRAUDULENT! He LIES!I retained this attorney back in March 2025. Since that date substitution of attorney was never filed, no documents or found on the case as of June 2025. Unable to reach the attorney, no return phone calls no emails. I did request a refund of the retainer because there was no work done on the case then we were on a time kind of strength. As of a month ago I requested a refund of the retainer, and now I still have not gotten a response or my refund. Unfortunately this is unprofessional and unethical to not send back an agreed retainer or communicate. I believe you probably work so long but it's not fair for people who needed their case done in 3 months goes by and there's no activity and no substitution of attorney filed. I don't know any other way than the poster review or follow complaint with the Arkansas Disciplinary board. I should have gotten my refund a long time ago. We had anywhere cuz he situation arise and was unable to reach the attorney.
I wouldn't recommend him at all! He lies a lot has tons of personal problems. Has no idea what he is doing he acts like he just got out of law school. Does not do anything he says he will. Avoid at all costs.
I would not recommend him at all. Led me on for months just to find out he never filed the case. Not prompt in response to anything.
