In the first quarter of 2005, Charles S. LiMandri successfully tried a case to a jury in Riverside County in a trial that lasted four weeks.  The total verdict for his clients was for about $2.4 million.  Since another Defendant had settled with them before trial for almost $900,000.00, the total recovery in that case approximated $3.3 million.

In the first quarter of 2004, the Law Offices of Charles S. LiMandri tried two jury trials to verdict in San Diego, obtaining total judgments exceeding $4.2 million.  Both cases involved novel and potentially precedent setting legal issues.  Charles S. LiMandri has been a guest speaker on several nationally broadcast radio programs, discussing contemporary legal issues of public importance.  He has also been featured in newspaper articles for his work with the Thomas More Law Center.

In the first quarter of the year 2003, the firm settled three suits, in which they represented successful plaintiffs, in amounts totaling $19,450,000.  Thus, the total amount of settlements reached in an eight month period, in favor of the firm's clients, exceeded $25 million (present value).

**In the years 2001 and 2002, the Law Offices of Charles S. LiMandri focused much of its efforts successfully prosecuting two large plaintiffs' wrongful death cases against three of the biggest corporations in the country.  Over 100 depositions were taken during this period in those two cases in various parts of the country.  One case settled on the first day of trial for $2,250,000.  The second case settled after two weeks of trial against one defendant for $2,650,000.  Since the remaining defendant had settled before trial for $750,000, the total payout in these two cases was $5,650,000 (present value).
