**In the years 2001 and 2002, the Law Offices of Charles S. LiMandri focused much of its efforts successfully prosecuting two large plaintiffs' wrongful death cases against three of the biggest corporations in the country. Over 100 depositions were taken during this period in those two cases in various parts of the country. One case settled on the first day of trial for $2,250,000. The second case settled after two weeks of trial against one defendant for $2,650,000. Since the remaining defendant had settled before trial for $750,000, the total payout in these two cases was $5,650,000 (present value).
