Tom Gallagher's criminal defense practice includes criminal matters of every type, including accusations of DWI, domestic-related criminal charges, theft, property crimes, drug "crimes," gun charges, possession crimes, political crimes, bribery, white collar crimes, assault, robbery, sex crimes, rape, homicide. Though Gallagher does not handle civil lawsuits generally, he does represent his criminal defense clients in related "civil" law matters, such as car forfeitures, CHIPS cases, drivers license revocations, etc.
