Mr. LePrell has been in private practice in Jacksonville continuously since 1969, initially as an associate and then as a partner with a large local firm until 1995, when he established his sole practice. While his clients include many individuals, special emphasis is given to the needs of closely held businesses and to commercial real estate transactions.
