Lee Rosenthal spent seven years as General Counsel for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, a governmental agency with over 400 employees, having an annual budget exceeding $160,000,000. As General Counsel it was his responsibility to oversee multiyear contracts for services and supplies totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. He has experience in negotiating and drafting provisions for large and small contracts, acquiring land and settling disputes arising in the course of business dealings with service providers and suppliers. Mr. Rosenthal was also involved in litigation of numerous business and contractual matters and has made appearances in trial courts and appellate courts.
Lee Rosenthal's business background is extensive and broad based. He has handled compliance matters with local, state and federal agencies, land use issues, and environmental issues. His familiarity with retail, insurance, and the financial services industries comes from years of experience working with and within these industries.
As a business student, Mr. Rosenthal graduated from Suffolk University, Boston, MA in 1979, with a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude. He has also been licensed as a financial advisor (Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses). |
