Because I'm a one-man shop, and because I don't interrupt sessions for telephone calls, it's tough to "catch me" if you need a live person. On the other hand, I'm pretty good about checking voicemail and e-mail, even when I'm away from the office. Please don't be afraid to leave a substantive message on voicemail. Unless I tell you so in my greeting, no one ever listens to my voicemail except me.
