We are engaged in a general law practice serving consumers throughout the Colorado River region and Tri State area. We are licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and California. Since 1989, we have been extensively involved in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including medical malpractice. We have one of the largest jury verdicts in a personal injury case in the history of Navajo County, Arizona.
We have also been extensively involved in divorce and custody cases and have substantial trial experience in this area of practice and an experienced staff. In criminal defense practice, we have handled a variety of the most serious felony cases including murder, sex crimes, embezzlement and other white collar crimes. We are also one of the busiest law firms in the area in representing debtors in chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy cases and have filed hundreds of these cases successfully on behalf of our clients for the last 15 years.
Our growing probate practice includes wills and trusts and estate planning as well as representing clients in the administration of informal and formal probates. We are also experienced business lawyers and commercial litigators in collections, real estate, partnership dissolutions, transactions, corporate litigation and other similar matters. We have handled a number of complex appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court which have resulted in published opinions.
We represent members of several major unions such as the Teamsters, UAW, and AFL-CIO, among others, and are proud of our record of service to working people. The firm is one of the largest law firms in the Tri State area currently with five lawyers and approximately fifteen to twenty employees.
