Charged with a drug felony literally for being in the wrong place at the wrong time I was rolled into a massive RICO case involving 71 people I’ve never heard of nor met and ONE PERSON whose home I was. My family mortgaged their home to pay these exorbitant fees and to date he can’t even have my case separated from the others. Expensive but nothing special. I’ve told the government everything I know as advised by Mr. Palazzo but I’m still staring a 15 year minimum mandatory in the face. A PD could have got me a guilty verdict. I have no prior record. Who is this guy who thinks he can play god with my life?
