About F. Peter James

Attorney Peter James is a native of Ventura County, California, and relocated to the Las Vegas area in 1989. Attorney James completed his undergraduate degree in English at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Attorney James then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Attorney James is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada. Attorney James is also admitted to practice before all District Courts in the State of Nevada, the U.S. Federal District Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Peter James is a highly-qualified, experienced attorney specializing in family law issues, to include divorce, child custody, child support and related issues. Attorney James also handles personal injury cases for the firm. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
