This page is designed to provide some basic information about my practice. It can be summed up in a single phrase: the purpose of my practice is to assist those who have problems related to family law. That is divorce, legal separation, child custody, child and spousal support, adoptions, and parentage. That is the sole reason for my practice. If you need help in one of those ways, I am here to help. With that in mind, let me describe my practice.
First, I limit my areas of practice. The reason is simple. The law is too complex and rapidly-changing to keep up with multiple areas and be highly competent at them. It is no different for doctors, engineers, or mechanics! My limited practice areas make it possible for me to become highly competent and extremely knowledgeable in these areas. Again, it is part of my commitment to help you to the furthest extent possible.
Second, my practice is small so that I can serve each client individually. Every case is different, and every client has slightly different needs and goals. By personally handling your case, I can get to know those needs and goals, and best help you achieve your desired ends.
Finally, you can expect the highest levels of integrity from me. Every good relationship is built on trust. I expect you to be fully honest with me. You can expect me to be fully honest with you. It is part of my commitment to assist you.
In fact, my peers have rated me AV, which is the highest rating possible. It means my integrity is unquestioned, and my legal ability is "very high to preeminent."
I hope this has been helpful in learning more about me. Obviously, the best way to further your understanding is to contact me. To facilitate that conversation, I offer a complimentary initial phone consultation.
If you have a family law issue, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. I look forward to hearing from you.
