Offices In Louisiana and Texas
Accepts Credit Cards (Main Office) Gibson~Gruenert is well into its second decade providing services to corporate and commercial clients in Texas, Louisiana and the wider Gulf Coast region. We have offices in Lafayette, Louisiana and Houston, Texas. We are primarily business lawyers. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs embarking on their first ventures, doctors and medical practices to individual investors. We represent clients in the manufacturing, construction, healthcare, real estate, banking, oil field services, mid-stream energy, exploration and production, hospitality and industrial services industries, to name but a few. We provide those clients with services including commercial litigation, contract preparation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, environmental counseling, estate planning, tax planning and business counseling. The attorneys who started the firm are all rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubble, the definitive mark of excellence in the legal services industry. The partners all spent substantial time as associates and partners in larger Gulf Coast firms, and offer their clients a level of skill, diligence and detail that might be expected from much larger firms. Paul Gibson and Tom Gruenert formed the firm in order to provide their clients with first class business counseling at prices that were no longer practical in the large firm context. The firm is dedicated to providing its clients with pragmatic, affordable service at a cost that is a fraction of that found in larger firms, and with quality that is second to none. At Gibson~Gruenert we believe that the practice of law is first and foremost a service business. We understand that, at his or her essence, a good lawyer is nothing more than a good problem solver. Our clients' satisfaction with the results of our work is the best possible advertisement for our practice, and we do not hesitate to provide references when requested. We are focused on remaining affordable, and we have been pioneers in the area of alternative fee arrangements in the commercial law context. We appreciate you visiting our website, and we look forward to getting to know you, helping solve your business problems, helping you grow your business for years to come, and building our communities in the process.
