Kroeker attended the University of California at Santa Barbara graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1968. He next graduated in the top 1/3 of his class from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 1971. He has been a member of the State Bar since that time and his State Bar number 50936.
Dennis helped pioneer methods for providing legal services for middle American families. In his offices, he ended hourly fees, advertised free seminars, reduced legal expense, started agreed-upon-fees in advance of beginning the lawyer-client relationship and encouraged limiting their practice area by attorneys.
He was one of the first, if not the first, person to give public seminars on Revocable Living Trusts in 1973. He later advertised in the San Francisco Chronicle and Sacramento Bee and his offices have thousands of clients.
As we have become such a mobile society, he continues to develop methods for providing quality services via the Internet and by phone and mail. Services are limited to either individuals or their parents who are or have been residing in California.
