Kornfield, Paul & Nyberg was established in 1986. The firm was formed for the primary purpose of providing services in the bankruptcy and commercial litigation areas. As a "full service" bankruptcy firm, the members represent debtors under all chapters of the code, creditors (secured and unsecured), creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees. The firm's litigation services includes bankruptcy related litigation, general commercial litigation including representation of receivers and real property litigation in local federal and state courts and probate proceedings.
