I have extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation.  I have personally conducted well over 50 complete jury trials in all types criminal cases from misdemeanors like shoplifting and Driving While Intoxicated up to and including serious felonies such as Aggravated Murder in the First Degree.  I also have extensive experience with other types of felony trials such as Possession and Delivery of Controlled Substances, Burglary, Robbery, Sexual Offenses and Assault.  I am a great believer in protecting my client's constitutional rights under all circumstances and in all criminal cases.
