Barbaros M. Karaahmetoglu is the Managing Member of KLF. Mr. Karaahmetoglu?s practice focuses on corporate and international law as well as commercial litigation. Mr. Karaahmetoglu is licensed to practice in New York and Turkey. After obtaining his LL.M. in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law, Mr. Karaahmetoglu worked for six years at the New York offices of Herrick, Feinstein LLP.  He worked on commercial litigation and corporate matters as well as on art recovery litigations primarily on behalf of the Republic of Turkey. He recently became Of Counsel to Herrick, Feinstein's Global Law Practice Group.

Mr. Karaahmetoglu assists individuals and business enterprises in establishing their operations in the U.S. and offers experienced counsel on a wide range of international trade matters involving; multinational agreements, joint-ventures, international codes, conventions affecting commercial transactions and programs for facilitating trade, investment and development. Mr. Karaahmetoglu is currently general counsel to numerous international companies. Mr. Karaahmetoglu is a member of American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Mr. Karaahmetoglu has recently been appointede to New York State Bar Association's Special Committee on Cyberspace Law.  He is fluent in Turkish and German.
