The firm of Kirschner and Venker, P.C. was formed in 1981. In 1983 Thomas J. Venker joined the firm. In January 1997 T. Jackson Bedford, Jr. left the firm after being elected Judge of the Fulton County Superior Court. The partners are all litigation oriented. All of the partners are actively involved in Continuing Legal Education and contribute to various CLE programs as both speakers and organizers. In most litigation matters, a team approach is used with both partners being actively involved at the trial level.
