| Additional Bio Details | Not every wrong can be righted. Not every case can be won. A client should not find out 6 months down the road, and having spent a lot of money, that their case cannot be won. A good lawyer tells you up front if your case is winnable and collectable. Sometimes a civil lawyer can correct a misunderstanding and avoid unnecessary and expensive litigation. Great research and trial skills, together with a reputation for honesty and integrity among the local judiciary, means the client usually wins the cases they should win. Some lawyers only will try sure winners. John O'Connor is proud of the fact that he has won more civil cases than any other lawyer in this part of the state; but he gave honest clients their only chance at justice, and a lot or tough cases have led to a lot of disappointing losses. No clients ever blamed John O'Connor's skill or commitment for their loss in court john tries the tough ones. <p>John earned his J.D. Degree from Marquette University in 1973.
