Attorney Baier is admitted in both the State and Federal Courts in Connecticut.  She is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association and DRI.  She is also a member of the Middlesex County and Wethersfield Chambers of Commerce. Attorney Baier has also volunteered as a judge of the annual middle school mock trial competition.

Prior to becoming an Attorney she worked for the office of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee before and during law school and taught a seminar to over 100 debtors' attorneys in Connecticut.

Attorney Baier graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University and received a B.S. in business administration and economics in 1993. She graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2001. She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 2001 and the U.S. District Court in 2004. During law school, she served as a member, executive editor and advisor of the UConn Insurance Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Baier worked in various capacities in the legal world since graduating college.

Attorney Baier resides in Middletown, Connecticut.
