The new law firm of Kelly Law was established in 2005. The Partners of the Firm are Richard W. Kelly, Jr. who has been practicing law since 1986 and Richard W. Kelly, Sr. who has been practicing law since 1962. The Kellys left a larger firm in 2005 to fulfill their dream of opening the Kelly Law firm.
