      Kate Lynn has a wealth of legal experience both in private law practice with her firm, the Law Offices of Kate Lynn [founded in 2003 in Florida and 2005 in Pennsylvania], as well as her employment as a staff attorney/TPR Supervisor with the Department of Children and Families in Florida and as a felony staff attorney and Division R Chief with the West Palm Beach Office of the Public Defender, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Florida.  Ms. Lynn was also a felony, misdemeanor, juvenile and dependency staff attorney and a felony division Supervisor for twelve years at the Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons (SCRAP) in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Lynn has handled countless trials from misdemeanors to murder. One of her high profile murder trials is detailed in the book "Deadly Secrets: From High School to High Crimes - The True Story of Two Teen Killers" by Putsata Reang. 

       Ms. Lynn has been practicing law for 21 years. She received her law degree magna cum laude from Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington in 1987. She is licensed in three states (Florida, Pennsylvania, and Washington), the United States District Court [Southern District of Florida and Eastern District of Pennsylvania], and the United States Supreme Court.

      The Pennsylvania law offices are located two blocks from the Court of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County and the U.S. Federal District Courthouse, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  The firm is located 15 miles from the Northampton County Courthouse.  The Florida law offices are located two blocks from the Palm Beach County Courthouse and three blocks from the U.S. Federal District Courthouse, Southern District of Florida.

Kate Lynn ha trabajado en la práctica privada de leyes, pero tambien tiene experiencia como abogada de planta del Departamento de NiZos y Familias en la Florida, y de la Oficina del Defensor Público de West Palm Beach, Decimoquinto Distrito Judicial de la Florida.
