Henry Service is a published journalist and has written various articles for university and law school newspapers. Henry was hired as an Assistant District Attorney in 1996 after working as a Domestic Violence Prosecutor in Ohio. As a prosecutor, Henry prosecuted misdemeanor and felony juvenile offenders, conducted domestic violence trials and Child in Need of Care trials. Henry is also a certified community and family court mediator.

In 2001, he joined the law firm of Shook, Hardy, & Bacon, LLP, located in Kansas City, Missouri and worked with the firm's written discovery response team, in their tobacco litigation division. After leaving corporate law, he worked for the State of Missouri in Long-Term Care Regulation. Henry returned to corporate law in 2006 when he worked for Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC, in the areas of attorney compliance issues and complex legal research. Henry has also been employed as an attorney with the United States Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor (DOI-SOL). Today as a private practitioner, Henry brings a wealth of experience and training as he represents each of our clients.
