They returned all of my calls promptly. I felt as though my attorney cared about the outcome of my case. Being hurt is difficult and having someone to take care of the rest was helpful. I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Very quick to return phone call to get our business, but after we signed the paperwork they were wouldn't return phones calls or emails. For what we paid them, we could have done the work ourselves.

This dragged on for 4 years, went through 3 different lawyers, ending with XX, the only one I ever spoke with. I met him for the 2nd time at my deposition in Feb,, 2012. He told me afterward that the defendant had a really credible witness (implying I’m not credible) & said he'd see what he could do to settle the claim instead of going to court; $18,934.79 is what I got from a settlement of $35,000. I should have settled on my own with Zurich Insurance, when I could have used the money more.

I was in an auto accident back in 2009, and had used B&C Law Firm. They assigned Jerry Crawford to my case. He never actually talked to me about my case, went over any problems I had with what had happen in my accident, and how the case was going. They never really did anything for me either. Just took the $25,000.00 from the guys insurance, and gave me a little over $9,000.00 for something that I could of done on my own. I strongly do not recommend using at all.

The lawyer would never return any calls he left it up to his paralegal. It took 2.5 years to complete this process with multiple interviews being done by me and not the guy who had hit me. The lawyer would always change his mind and appointments with me so I would lose work time and then not have an appointment

Very slow with responding to my concerns. Didn't keep timely appointments possibly because too many clients and not enough lawyers in the firm to keep up with the clientele

The employees of Brown and Crouppen that I dealt with, had very poor communication skills. It was almost impossible to get a phone call returned from them. When I asked questions about my case, or my contract, I was told that "a lay person, such as myself, would not understand". As I pressed for answers to my questions, and voiced my concerns, things did not get any better. In fact, Brown and Crouppen fired me as a client, for "being difficult". I would NOT recommend them!

They were very good about returning calls and answering questions. My daughter was run over by a car and although it was an accident she has to live the rest of her life with pis in her ankle. This may not cause any real problems until much later in her life but I am glad to know that if she can't work she will have a nest egg to help her out.

My lawyer was attentive, and spoke to me in plain english, not in the legal jargon that they like to use. I actually felt like a real person with them.
