Joseph A. Turner

Joseph A. Turner graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1977 at the age of 22.  He became Chief of the Trial Section for the Travis County Attorney's Office, and then Chief of the Special Crimes Division of the Travis County District Attorney's Office.  He later became an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas.  Mr. Turner has been a criminal defense lawyer in Austin, Texas since 1982.  He has been board-certified in criminal law since 1983, and is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Current Practice Areas:  State and Federal Criminal Trial Practice.  Areas of representation include White Collar Crime, Health Care Fraud, RICO, Tax Fraud, Mail/Wire Fraud, Bank Fraud, Environmental Law, Complex Litigation, Securities Fraud, Credit Card Abuse, Murder, Conspiracy, Weapon Charges, Assault, DWI,  Drug Possession / Manufacturing / Delivery, Burglary, Theft.

Channing C. Neary

Channing Neary was born in Dallas, Texas.  She attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1999.  She received her legal education at the University of Denver, graduating in 2004.  Ms. Neary is a former Assistant County Attorney with the Travis County Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas.  She is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.  Current Practice Areas:  State Criminal Trial Practice.  Areas of representation include DWI, Assault, Family Violence, Theft, Burglary, Fraud, Murder, Credit Card Abuse, Conspiracy, Drug Possession / Manufacturing / Delivery, Weapon Charges.
