A fee of $150 is charged for an initial office consultation, that will be applied and credited to the first invoice (there is no consultation fee for an initial telephone consultation).
Professional Fees are based upon:
(i) an average hourly rate of $285.00 depending upon the type of professional service to be performed, or
(ii) a negotiated per matter 'flat rate'.
AN EXECUTED ENGAGEMENT LETTER AND A RETAINER IS REQUIRED IN ALL INSTANCES TO COMMENCE SERVICES.
