Mr. Jones has practiced in the areas of Business and Commercial Law since 1980.

He has been a partner with, and has headed the Commercial/Business Bankruptcy Departments of several major law firms in Chicago.

He currently serves as a 'chairman' arbitrator with the Circuit Court of Cook County Arbitration program; and is a member of the Bankruptcy Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

He is admitted to practice by the Supreme Courts of the states of Illinois and California; and the United States federal courts for the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.
