Our estate and trust litigation practice is one of the largest in Orange County. Our office is located one block from the Orange County Superior Court, Probate Department (see picture of our building above). The Orange County Probate Department is located at 341 City Drive, Orange, California 92868. Since we are very near the Lamoreaux Justice Center and have a high volume practice, we are able to deliver superior service at a reduced cost. Mr. Duncan spends most of his time in court.
