The Firm specializes in representing law enforcement officers in administrative, civil and criminal matters.  John Berry, Esq. has a lot of experience in handling the full range of employment and labor issues that may come up for law enforcement officers. 

The Firm previously has served as General Counsel for the United States Capitol Police and United States Park Police Labor Unions.  In addition, John Berry has represented other police unions, such as the Bureau of Engaving and Printing Police Union, the Library of Congress Police Union, the Government Printing Office Police Union and the National Insitutes of Health Police Union.

In that capacity, the Firm has handled numerous individual employee, supervisor and union cases before arbitrators, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Congressional Office of Compliance, the Office of Special Counsel, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority and in state and federal courts.
