Mr. Howell's practice is predominantly civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. It also includes bankruptcy, real estate, and taxation. He is a member of the Texas State, Mississippi State and Hinds County bar associations; MDLA, MTLA, DRI, and ATLA. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is webmaster for the Hinds County Bar Association.
