Mr. Fiani is a Michigan attorney who limits his practice to the aggressive representation of individuals charged with. drinking related traffic offenses, including Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUIL), Operating While Visibly Impaired (DWI}, Unlawful Blood Alcohol' Level (UBAL), Operating Under the Influence of Drugs (OUID), and all injury accidents involving the use of alcohol. His office also assists in successfully obtaining driving privileges after the driver's license has been revoked for multiple drunk driving convictions.
