JLJ has extensive experience in all types of commercial litigation, including the litigation of intellectual property issues, complicated employment discrimination cases (predominantly defense), contractual and lease disputes, property issues, tax controversies (federal, state and local), products liability (defense), and basic insurance defense, including such issues as defamation, personal injury and property damage.
