Utilizing the expertise of attorneys concentrating in tax planning, securities, general corporate law and commercial transactions, JLJ provides a full range of general corporate, transactional and regulatory representation. Services provided include general corporate and securities law, advice and assistance in organization of entities, capital raising, merger and acquisition, and other transactional representation.
