JLJ Debuts Industrial Relocation / Economic Development Practice Group

Jack, Lyon & Jones, P.A. announces the formation of its new Economic Development Practice Group. This group is made up of attorneys whose respective practices, viewed as a whole, include the expertise necessary to address the variety of legal concerns a relocating industry might regarding tax incentives, special financing options, land use, etc. The wide range of experience would also be useful to governmental entities attempting to attract such industry.
