JACK, LYON & JONES, P.A. was founded in 1986 by its three named members, and has grown steadily since then to meet the increasing needs of its clients. The firm's broad practice serves today's demand for comprehensive legal experience with special emphasis on general corporate, health care, employment and civil rights, finance and securities, banking, tax planning and controversies, bankruptcy, real estate and environmental law, and commercial transactions, including collections.

Attorneys in the firm's Nashville office concentrate on entertainment law and intellectual property matters. In April of 1999 the firm opened its Conway, Arkansas office to better serve our clients in Arkansas' fastest growing county.

The firm's attorneys practice in all courts, and its broad practice is matched by the diversity of its clients, which include large corporations, local family-owned businesses and individuals. While able to provide a breadth of representation to clients on a level normally found only in larger firms, JACK, LYON & JONES provides the more personalized service and efficiency inherent in smaller firms.
