Services Summary

The office takes pride in a high level of client satisfaction from the point of view of results obtained. This includes the process of working together as a team to achieve client goals and to help clients learn how to manage future situations.

Experience has shown that many disputes are the product of poor or incomplete communications. Particular attention to thoughtful, truthful communications often facilitates resolution of disputes in cost effective ways for the client.

The office also understands that   providing objective and candid advice is an important service to a legal client. The lawyer is not merely a mirror of the client's wishes but also an objective point of reference, setting out legitimate options for the client to pursue. Providing such advice helps the client to make better informed decisions about a course of action.

Working with client groups or businesses to plan achievement of future goals is quite rewarding and a service the lawyer-counselor is well-suited to provide.
