Regular Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am until 5pm.

Mediations may be scheduled at times mutually convenient to the disputing parties and Ms. Franklin, including evening and weekend hours.

Clients are seen by appointment only, during regular office hours, although appointments can be made for an earlier or later time as mutually convenient.

Requests for appointment should be made by telephone rather than by email.

When you call the office at 703-684-3550, you might reach voicemail. Unless the voicemail message indicates otherwise, such as an extended absence, your reaching voicemail simply means that Ms. Franklin is in conference, or otherwise away from her desk. Every effort is made to return your messages, left during regular office hours, on the same day they were received.
