Estate planning (Wills, powers of attorney and probate) can sometimes trigger emotional family issues. Ms. Badeaux has drafted 100's of wills and represented many clients in probate in both Harris and Galveston counties. Ms. Badeaux's congenial conferences with the clients results in minimal discomfort and anxiety to the clients. Further, Ms. Badeaux will go to the hospital or to the clients' home if they are incapacitated.
