Since 1980, Mr. Phillips' practice has focused exclusively on estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, and related tax law. This includes his representation of individuals in preparing their wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents. He represents trustees, executors, attorneys-in-fact, conservators, and guardians in administering the affairs of deceased or incompetent individuals and of minors.  Main office in Pleasanton and branch office in Hayward.
