Since 1993 Mr. O'Neil has concentrated in the defense of Federal, State, and local public corruption cases, white-collar crimes (including securities fraud), general crimes (including narcotics/drug violations), search and seizure issues, grand jury investigations, and DWI matters. <p>His civil litigation efforts are directed at personal injury matters, divorce/domestic matters, and environmental and land use issues. <p>Mr. O'Neil is a member of the American Arbitration Association and serves as a local arbitrator.
